Olatomide Asher

A strategic leadership and management professional with focus on value advocacy, Asher’s experience includes business and strategy management positions in marketing, business advisory, and digital technology services.

Currently, he is the director of strategy and business at Wild Fusion where he leads the business’ strategy and creative teams.

In 2018, Asher was selected as one of the 120 youngest and brightest professionals in the world to watch out for by the Mountbatten Program. Afterwards, he received a sponsored invitation to the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management to join its technology strategy program.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (MCIM),​ and regular facilitator on the subject of consumer behaviour dynamics, strategy, and the idea of value for brands, he mentors with Venture Capitalist for Africa [VC4A] ​where he guides African entrepreneurs on executing responsive and divergent business/brand models​.

Funke Osae-Brown

Funke Osae-Brown was deputy editor, BusinessDay on Sunday and editor, BusinessLife with BusinessDay Newspapers. She has been the publisher of The Luxury Reporter (TLR) magazine for six years and is a contributor to Essence Magazine, South Africa; and the South Africa Airways in-flight magazine, Sawubona.

A well-travelled journalist, her career has taken her to several countries, including South Africa, Ghana, Gambia, the UK, France, The Netherlands, the United States.

Funke was a 2013 finalist at the Diageo Business Reporting Awards in the Best Business News category and was the 2013 winner of the Best Arts and Culture Reporting at the Annual Mother Drum Golden Awards, organised by Mother Drum Foundation. She was the Future Awards Journalist of the Year, 2009.

After her Masters degree at the University of Lagos, she attended the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS). She has attended several trainings outside Nigeria, including the Reporting Regional Integration in West Africa, organised by Inwent, Germany; Ethics in journalism, also by Inwent, Germany. She was also in The Netherlands for a six-week course on Internet for journalists at the Radio Nederlands Training Centre, Bussum, Holland; and a training on Advanced Jounalism, UK sponsored by FirstBank of Nigeria Plc.

Oyindamola Fakile

With more than eight years’ experience in the marketing communications sector where she thrives as a leading copywriter and an agile Design thinker, Oyindamola currently serves as Creative Director at TBWA Concept. Her keen eye and mind for the arts has put her in an unending love affair with solving complex briefs, creating amazing brand stories, and unearthing engaging and iconic brand ideas.

Also, she’s an expert Copywriting and Storytelling coach and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM UK).  

Prior to her foray into the world of advertising, she had had a two year stint as a TV series producer for Moments with Mo (Ebony Life TV), where she gained unparalleled experience in generating genuine ideas. She has created award winning ads for MTN, Airtel, CBN, McVities, Zenith Bank, Kanekalon, Dangote, Skye Bank, Kellog’s, Spotify , Ford Foundation and many more.

Her exciting journey into advertising started at Centerspread Grey to STB McCann where she won her first award at the Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF), and then TBWA, where she served as a LAIF Judge and also led her team to second place at the 2020 LAIF awards.

She is quite passionate about people’s growth and self-actualisation.
